Mixing Phosphorescent Powder with any of the Stone Coat Countertops epoxy's will achieve a uniform luminescent yellow-green glow. The more powder added, the brighter the glow. Phosphorescent powder must be charged with light to glow. If your application needs an opaque resin, slush cast a high concentration of the Phosphorescent powder into an initial pour to coat the sides, then simply back that up with the material you are pouring.
